We do our best to eliminate restocking fees on nearly all of the rings that we offer. Unfortunately, this is not possible with certain rings as these are made-to-order and not stocked like the other rings. If your ring had a lead time from when your order was placed to when it was shipped, your ring was made-to-order. This warranty exchange fee is determined and charged by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
For Inlay Damage or Missing Stones Repair/Replacement
Damage to the inlay or missing stones are considered normal wear and tear by the manufacturer and is not covered under their warranty policy. However, the manufacturer will accept such rings for repair or replacement, but requires us to charge a fee before a warranty exchange can be authorized should the ring fall under these circumstances.
