Everything was perfect with the order. Fast and communication was superb. Engraving was splendid and came out better then we imagined. Unfortunately, I don't know how to take a ring size although this site shows how to do it. So, I now have an adorable ring that fits my wife's pinky finger. Use the tools Hanover provides to check your size!!! They do great work and you will not be disappointed. Well, unless your a dork who cant follow directions ;-)

I received the koi fish brushed rose gold ring, and it was perfect. I cannot wait to give it to my girlfriend. I had a misunderstanding regarding the engraving, but the customer service team was responsive and very helpful, in the event my grievance was accurate. Turned out I was looking at the engraving wrong. I will be using this site and jeweler again in the future.
